Discussion held on National Information Security Documents

INSA held a discussion with stakeholders on various National Information Security documents. The discussion was aimed at gathering feedback on the draft documents, Major Biniam Tewolde , the deputy Director General of INSA made it clear.

INSA is working hard to ensure the Cyber Security on national level, said the deputy Director General.

National Cyber Security Strategy, National Information Security Governance, National Information Security Regulation Framework, and Minimum Security Requirement Standard are the legal documents presented for discussion.

It was disclosed in the discussion that INSA is taking various measures to mitigate the professional limit in the area of Information Security technology. The measures include curriculum revision in collaboration with higher education institutions, talent search schemes through facilitating a National Talent Management, and motivating more private sectors to join the technology sector.

The documents are expected to be forwarded for ratification after the inclusion of the feedback from the various stake holders.
