INSA Signs Partnership Agreement with V-Tech Solutions to Strengthen Cybersecurity

Information Network Security Administration (INSA) and V-Tech Solutions have formalized a partnership agreement aimed at supporting Ethiopia’s digital transformation and enhancing cybersecurity collaboration between the public and private sectors.

The signing ceremony was jointly conducted by INSA Director General, W/ro Tigest Hamid, and V-Tech Solutions CEO, Mr. Tesfay Giorgis Alazar.

In her remarks, W/ro Tigest Hamid highlighted that the agreement will significantly contribute to strengthening the country’s cybersecurity and safeguarding digital sovereignty. She emphasized that the partnership will institutionalize collaboration between government and private entities, fostering a strong role in advancing Ethiopia’s digital agenda.

Mr. Tesfay Giorgis Alazar noted that V-Tech Solutions is fully prepared to implement the partnership, focusing on technological innovation and knowledge transfer.

Structured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), the agreement lays the groundwork for joint efforts in capacity building, innovation, and technology commercialization. Both parties expect the collaboration to introduce transformative changes in Ethiopia’s digital transformation journey and elevate their cooperative engagement to a higher level.
