The President of Guinea-Bissau, Umaro Sissoco, visited the Information Network Security Administration (INSA). Mr. Solomon Soka, Director General of INSA, welcomed the President and his delegation and explained the displays in Digital Exhibition and Cyber Talent Development Center in the administration. The President said that Ethiopia’s effort in technology, especially in cyber security, cyber talent development, and to ensure national ownership of technology and digital sovereignty is admirable and encouraging. Africa as a continent has to learn from Ethiopia in the journey of technology transformation.
