Information Network Security Administration (INSA) organized a food-sharing program for vulnerable and underprivileged residents in Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 3, in connection with the upcoming 2018 Ethiopian Calendar Easter holiday.
In a message delivered during the program, INSA Director General Ms. Tigist Hamid stated that, alongside its mission of ensuring national cybersecurity, INSA is actively carrying out people-centered initiatives that enable it to fulfill its institutional social responsibility. She added that the organization will continue to strengthen charitable and community-focused activities that support society and promote cooperation.
Also speaking at the event, Mr. Chala Cheru, Chief Executive Officer of Kirkos Sub-City Woreda 3, praised INSA for its contributions to the district. He noted that beyond the food-sharing charity program conducted during holiday periods, the organization has been making significant and multifaceted contributions to the local community.
Mr. Chala further stated that INSA not only provides technological support aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of public service delivery in the district, but also offers training for local youth in cybersecurity and digitalization. Through these efforts, he said, INSA is playing an important role in developing capable future generations who will contribute to the country's progress.
