Administration (INSA), higher officials including Director General Tigist
Hamid, conducted a visit to the headquarters of the Ethiopian Artificial
Intelligence Institute.
Dr.
Worku Gachena, Director General of the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence
Institute, welcomed the delegation and provided them with a briefing on the
institution’s operational activities.
During
the visit, INSA’s Director General Tigist Hamid stated that the institute has
developed a conducive working environment that enables it to fulfill its
mission at a high level. She emphasized the significant role that artificial
intelligence technology plays in advancing the nation’s digital transformation
journey.
She further noted that, in line with this, the cooperation and coordination between the two institutions will continue to be strengthened to ensure Ethiopia’s cybersecurity and digital sovereignty, thereby contributing to the realization of a secure and reliable Digital Ethiopia
